Still Life

1. At Art center, display a wide variety of still life paintings from various artists.
2. As a group at the center, have students brainstorm observations made about the pictures as a set.
3. Display a bowl of fruit, flower arrangement, or unique bottle.
4. Provide paints (either oil or watercolor) and have them paint the object from their perspective.
5. Display finished paintings in order for your students to see the different perspectives.
