Where Did He Go?

1. You will need to do find some books for this activity that discuss Columbus' three voyages. You will also need a large world map.
2. Your students will research in these books to find these paths and they will trace them on a map.
3. Tell your class that Columbus never actually reached America and they need to find out where he did go.
4. You may also want to have students calculate the distance of these trips and a rough estimate of how far they sailed each day.
